Supporting school administrators for a brighter tomorrow

Information

Intro Consultation

 We will work with school administrators to determine indicators for success. We will specify the data and evidence that needs to be gathered to demonstrate progress toward these goals.

Hourly Consultations

  • Work hourly with school administrators
  • Tailor the plan for each school administrator
  • Utilize proven coaching approaches 
  • Work to build a trusting and confidential partnership

Coaching Activities

  • Pre-coaching session for planning dates, times and location
  • Monthly meetings for one on one coaching
  • Outreach/touch point to each principal weekly. This follow-up will be by Zoom, phone or emailing in a timely manner
  • All day shadowing of client is determined

 According to the research report by the Wallace Foundation, 2021 How Principals affect Students and Schools: Leadership behaviors for developing a school with positive student achievement are engaging in instruction, interactions with teachers, building a productive climate, skills to support teachers in classroom instruction, managing personnel and resources strategically, to name a few. As coaches, we will develop a plan with our school administrator to apply these behaviors for positive student achievement.
